Kasol is a hamlet in the district kullu of the kullu state of Himachal Pradesh. 


It is situated in Parvati , on the banks of the Parvati River , on the way between Bhunter 


and Manikaran.This is one of the popular location and tourist Places in Himachal.


This Place is the most attractive  for youngsters, they come here to chill out 


and to enjoy the most scenic views of mountains.



Kasol comes under Kullu District and almost 38 km from kullu City. All the Transport 


services are available whole year.the nearest airport is kullu Manali airport which is 


around 31 km.





 

 The River parvati is having most important part in Himachal region to survive and also 


having spiritual beliefs too. most of the tourists came here to spend some time sitting 


or getting relax along side the River .There are so many tent houses and shelters are 


available along side the River to stay .


  Kasol is also known as MINI ISRAEL OF INDIA because the majority of people are 


living here from Israel throughout generations and at this place , second preferred 


language in Kasol is Hebrew which is local language in Israel.

 





From Kasol there are two Nearby places . first is Manikaran and second is chalal village 


manikaran is also very popular and tourist attraction and village chalal is mainly known 


for trekking and popular in youngsters. manikaran is about 4 km from Kasol market 


and the trek of chalal is having 30-40 mins of walking.
